Flying a Cirrus SR22 | Like Dating a Supermodel
Description:
My first flight in a Cirrus SR22 felt like dating a supermodel, sleek, elegant, and unforgettable. ✈️A friend, Patrick Mullane, the proud owner of a rare Cirrus SR22 “100 Years of Flight” edition, invited me to brunch. He met me, in his Cirrus, at Hartford-Brainard (KHFD) on a smoky summer morning in July. In this clip, I share our preflight briefing and departure from KHFD on Runway 2. From there, we flew to his home base, Minute Man (6B6), touching down on Runway 21. At this welcoming Stow, Massachusetts airport, I met some fellow pilots and enjoyed a farm-to-table breakfast burger from Fourth & Field. Enjoy the highlights from this memorable arrival. Shout out to James N2741C, David, Haily and Don the airport manager!

NY Skyline Route: ATC, Hudson, East River & Central Park
Airspace: Class Bravo
Altitude: 1,500'

These views are absolutely breathtaking over Manhattan, NY. Join Larry and I on an impressive aerial adventure in our Cessna 172 as we fly south along the Hudson River, turn left over the East River then come directly over Central Park. This counterclockwise lap over New York at 1,500' is a packed with three different camera angles. Watch as we dodge the many helicopters and airplanes in this busy airspace. Listen to the cockpit audio as we legally fly this course. If you are thinking about trying this for yourself, maybe this video can provide some insight on how we did it. We were in contact with ATC the entire time and had a transponder code. This flight began from the north over the Tappan Zee Bridge.

One of my favorite places to grab a $100 Breakfast Waffle is Hangar 12 at Mansfield Municipal Airport. Here are two approaches into 1B9.

Exploring a New England Aviation Gem | Mansfield, MA 1B9
Video Description: One Runway, two approaches! In this episode, I fly my Piper Archer into Mansfield Municipal Airport. There are two landings in this video. The first is coming into Runway 14 from the East. Its Summer in August and the weather is beautiful. The second is from the West of the field, in the Fall. We enter a left downwind into Runway 32. It's an overcast day and the foliage is beginning to turn Fall colors. Experience the scenery below from the under-wing camera. I add some voice narration and labels to help with the local landmarks. Explore the Massachusetts Landscape, in the traffic pattern, around Mansfield Municipal Airport (1B9). We then head into Hangar 12 for some breakfast!

My 1st Landing at Bradley International Airport | KBDL
Description:
Runway 24 has reopened, and I landed on 33 & 24! I finally did it; after flying for over 20 years, I landed at Bradly International Airport. In this video listen to me contact Bradley Approach ATC and request the Visual Landing on Runway 33. Bradley is a Class C Airport in Connecticut. After contacting the control tower and getting cleared to land, I also asked for another landing immediately on Runway 24. I was cleared for the option on both Runways! Enjoy the sights and sounds from two camera angles as I perform a touch and go on a calm cold November New England Morning.

Its 8,700' Runway is meant for commercial Airlines and I'm going to be landing my 4-seat 180 Horsepower Piper Archer on its welcoming Runway today! Watch me perform a touch-and-go on an active Runway that us being used for Airbus Aircraft this morning. I am cleared to land 10 miles out from the airport and that sets the mood for this approach.

Three Mile Final Approach into KGON
Groton-New London Airport
Let’s fly into Groton-New London Airport! We are on a three-mile final approach into Runway 23, cleared to land at this beautiful class D airport. In this episode, listen to Air Traffic Control communications with me and another inbound pilot. See in cockpit footage with the avionics and flight instruments of my Piper Archer as I glide into a smooth landing. The Groton, CT landscape below is captured from my under-wing camera and is absolutely stunning. A third camera picks up the action looing outside the right side of the aircraft as we come into land. I come very close to hitting some birds on short final! Listen to what happen in the cockpit!

Hudson Valley Regional Airport $100 Waffle Paulas| KPOU
The action picks up at 6,000' above Northwest Connecticut as we are travelling into New York to Hudson Valley Regional Airport in Poughkeepsie, NY (Dutchess County). The class D airport's 5,000' Runway 24 is welcoming our arrival in a Piper Archer PA-28-180. Listen to ATC from Bradley, Boston Center and NY Approach as we descend down to a long straight in final approach. Our reason for this visit is simple, enjoy some breakfast at Paula's Runway Cafe.

Beautiful Mountains and Lots of Trees
This New Hampshire Mountain Landing is so Scenic | KLEB
My 1st Landing at this airport and the field was so hard to see due to mountains! It's a beautiful calm November afternoon in Lebanon, NH at the Lebanon Municipal Airport (KLEB). We are flying our Piper Archer for a visit. The action picks up 7 miles away from the airport as I am descending and looking for the field. The mountains and forests of the "Live Free or Die" state, welcome our arrival as I glide us into Runway 36. Listen to Air Traffic control and in cockpit audio on this flight. See the sights from two different camera angles: rear pilot cam and under wing camera. Watch me try for a smooth landing!
