This Cardinal is based at my former home field in Vancouver WA



This German-registered 206 flew back to Washington State for a Soloy turboprop conversion and a paint job (my Cheetah was being painted there at the same time). Then it flew back across the pond where German skydivers were waiting for a lift.

Somewhere I have an instamatic print of a C170 (or similar) at Oshkosh that had a twisted rubber band painted on its side. I always loved that one...
