I have a few sets, 2 pcs are needed for each yoke. $30 per set.

When I had my G model, the pilot side were worn out so I replaced both sets. Made a big difference IMO and well worth it. I flew that plane another 14 years and they still looked fine when I let her go. Simple, effective improvement.
